Applicable Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax (GET) and any required fees are charged separately.
Renters must be at least 18 years old. Ages 18–20 are subject to a $50 per week young-driver surcharge, while ages 21–24 are subject to a $25 per week surcharge. Renters age 25 and older are not charged a young-driver surcharge.
A valid driver’s license is required before pickup.
Proof of active automobile insurance is required before pickup. Your insurance must extend to the rental vehicle and meet the coverage requirements outlined in our rental agreement.
A $250 security deposit is required before vehicle release.
Rentals include unlimited mileage on Oʻahu.
Vehicles may not leave Oʻahu without prior written permission from Pacific Rentals Hawaii.
Only the renter and approved additional drivers may operate the vehicle.
Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted. Pets are allowed only with prior permission.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
Weekly rentals must be paid in advance. Once a rental week begins, the rental payment is nonrefundable.

We accept Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Chime, Cash App, and Zelle.
You can reserve a vehicle in two ways. Submit an availability request through our website and our team will check your preferred vehicle and dates, or book directly through our online booking platform.

Our standard pickup and return location is 318 Anapalau St., Honolulu, HI 96825. Honolulu Airport and Waikīkī pickup or delivery may also be available for $50 each way, subject to availability.
